Gamification is coming to SBC<\/a> Summit Lisbon.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been talking to operators about bringing gamification closer to CRM, making it part of the customer journey rather than a standalone campaign.<\/p>\n

In a piece for Gaming International Online<\/a>, CSO Christoffer Feldt – S\u00f8rensen<\/a> looks at how gamification built directly into CRM journeys can help operators create more relevant player experiences, triggered by real behaviour at the moments that matter.<\/p>\n
