The global betting platform, known for serving StarSports, AK Bet and NRG, is expanding its services by integrating Symplify\u2019s comprehensive CRM ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Through this partnership, operators under Playbook Engineering will gain access to Symplify\u2019s suite of CRM tools, including its data hub and various communication channels like email, SMS, dynamic web content and browser push notifications.<\/p>\n<p>Leveraging Symplify\u2019s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, along with site conversion testing capabilities, brands on the Playbook platform can craft personalised and AI-optimised experiences for their audiences.<\/p>\n<p>Christoffer Feldt-S\u00f8rensen, Head of Sales at Symplify, expressed confidence in the partnership: \u201cExtending our partnership with Playbook Engineering means its leading brands can use our complete CRM and AI cloud solutions to drive growth.
