Monday 11<\/b>th<\/b> January 2023<\/b> – Symplify, the Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider, has signed a partnership with SoftMaya.<\/span><\/p>\n Symplify, the Stockholm-based CRM and AI cloud solutions provider, has signed a partnership with SoftMaya.<\/p>\n SoftMaya, an online and offline gaming software provider, operates various iGaming brands, including the headliner offering Rock \u2018n\u2019 Reels.<\/p>\n According to the agreement, Symplify\u2019s AI Personalisation Module will be supported for brands that run under the SoftMaya label. The Onpage AI provides users with a personalised and tailored web experience based on machine learning.<\/p>\n Further, the AI will also focus on helping the business better its marketing spend, eventually developing customer sentiment which will lead to increased lifetime value.<\/p>\n The Symplify service is integrated into SoftMaya\u2019s communication, retention and conversion strategies to allow CRM teams to manage operations from a single console.
