Et un constat revient partout :<\/span>la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises ne comprennent pas r\u00e9ellement ce qu\u2019est le marketing relationnel moderne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas par manque d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Pas par manque d\u2019intelligence.\u00a0 Et certainement pas par manque de volont\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simplement parce que <\/span>ce m\u00e9tier n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 enseign\u00e9, structur\u00e9 ou reconnu comme tel<b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ni dans les universit\u00e9s, ni dans les organisations, ni dans les descriptions de poste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, en 2026, c\u2019est l\u2019un des m\u00e9tiers les plus hybrides, techniques et strat\u00e9giques du marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier essentiel.\u00a0 Mais un m\u00e9tier invisible.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><b>Le marketing relationnel est un m\u00e9tier et presque personne ne l\u2019a appris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole!<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><b>I. Le marketing relationnel : un m\u00e9tier hybride que personne n\u2019a appris<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On n\u2019apprend nulle part \u00e0 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">param\u00e9trer un serveur d\u2019envoi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g\u00e9rer les r\u00e8gles de d\u00e9livrabilit\u00e9,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orchestrer un cycle de vie client,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">construire des parcours automatis\u00e9s,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interpr\u00e9ter les signaux comportementaux,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">g\u00e9rer les consentements et la gouvernance,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mod\u00e9liser un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de donn\u00e9es,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comprendre la m\u00e9canique Gmail \/ Outlook \/ Yahoo,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">diagnostiquer une chute d\u2019inbox,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instrumenter GA4 pour mesurer les conversions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">connecter des plateformes via API ou webhooks.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et pourtant\u2026 <\/span><b>c\u2019est exactement ce que le marketing relationnel exige aujourd\u2019hui.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce m\u00e9tier combine :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019analyse d\u2019affaires,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la strat\u00e9gie client,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la psychologie utilisateur,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019analytique,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la technicit\u00e9,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la compr\u00e9hension des donn\u00e9es,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la gouvernance,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et l\u2019orchestration multicanal.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est l\u2019un des rares m\u00e9tiers qui exigent \u00e0 la fois une pens\u00e9e strat\u00e9gique <\/span><b>et<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> une comp\u00e9tence technique.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><b>II. Pourquoi ce m\u00e9tier est si mal compris<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les universit\u00e9s enseignent encore :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le branding,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la publicit\u00e9,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les m\u00e9dias,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la planification,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la communication.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mais elles n\u2019enseignent pas la m\u00e9canique r\u00e9elle d\u2019un programme relationnel moderne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00eame chose dans les entreprises : le marketing relationnel a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7u comme :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une infolettre,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un outil CRM,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un canal d\u2019envoi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un \u201cpetit projet\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une gouvernance,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une discipline,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une expertise.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le march\u00e9 ne manque pas de volont\u00e9.\u00a0 Il manque de <\/span>mots pour d\u00e9crire le m\u00e9tier\u00a0et de formation pour le pratiquer.<\/p>\n<h4><b>III. Un angle m\u00e9connu : les organisations sont orient\u00e9es vers l\u2019envoi\u2026 mais rarement vers la compr\u00e9hension<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Historiquement, la performance \u00e9tait mesur\u00e9e par :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la taille de la liste,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le volume envoy\u00e9,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la fr\u00e9quence,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les impressions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pression interne \u00e9tait donc logique : \u00ab Envoyons quelque chose. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sauf que le marketing relationnel moderne repose davantage sur :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019analyse,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la segmentation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le cycle de vie,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la personnalisation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd\u2019hui encore, beaucoup d\u2019organisations :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u2019ont pas les outils pour analyser correctement,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u2019ont pas le temps d\u2019examiner les r\u00e9sultats en profondeur,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne savent pas param\u00e9trer GA4,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manquent d\u2019instrumentation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manquent de maturit\u00e9 data.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ce n\u2019est pas un manque de comp\u00e9tence. Le vrai probl\u00e8me organisationnel : un m\u00e9tier exigeant confi\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00f4les qui n\u2019ont ni le temps, ni le mandat, ni la formation<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la majorit\u00e9 des organisations, le marketing relationnel est confi\u00e9 \u00e0 des personnes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">motiv\u00e9es,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00e9atives,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">performantes,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026 mais qui n\u2019ont jamais re\u00e7u :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la formation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le mandat,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le temps,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019espace,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les ressources<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pour devenir r\u00e9ellement comp\u00e9tentes dans ce domaine.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est ainsi que naissent :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des \u00e9quipes d\u00e9pass\u00e9es,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des dirigeants frustr\u00e9s,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des incompr\u00e9hensions entre TI et marketing,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des programmes qui stagnent,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des r\u00e9sultats qui ne d\u00e9collent pas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et parfois, des tensions : des employ\u00e9s challeng\u00e9s\u2026 par des personnes qui ne connaissent pas le Martech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encore une fois : ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me d\u2019effort ou de volont\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>On ne peut pas exiger un r\u00e9sultat expert sans offrir un environnement expert.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et quand une organisation confie un m\u00e9tier complexe \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un qui manque :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de temps,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de formation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de reconnaissance,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2026 l\u2019\u00e9puisement est in\u00e9vitable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est aussi ce qui explique :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le roulement de personnel dans les postes CRM\/Automation,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les frustrations internes,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la stagnation des initiatives relationnelles.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>V. Le r\u00f4le critique de l\u2019entreprise : soutenir les employ\u00e9s pour augmenter motivation, comp\u00e9tence et performance<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsqu\u2019une entreprise soutient correctement son \u00e9quipe, voici ce qui se produit :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les employ\u00e9s se sentent confiants,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les id\u00e9es fusent,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les strat\u00e9gies deviennent r\u00e9alisables,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 augmente,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les \u00e9quipes se responsabilisent,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les initiatives avancent r\u00e9ellement,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019am\u00e9liorent rapidement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quand elle ne le fait pas :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la surcharge augmente,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les d\u00e9lais explosent,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les erreurs se multiplient,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les tensions internes montent,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la valeur client diminue,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les talents quittent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le manque de comp\u00e9tences en marketing relationnel ne co\u00fbte pas seulement du temps.\u00a0 <\/span><b>Il co\u00fbte de l\u2019argent, de la motivation et des talents.<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><b>VI. Ce que les entreprises peuvent faire maintenant (solutions concr\u00e8tes)<\/b><\/h4>\n<h4><b>1. Nommer un(e) responsable du programme relationnel (un vrai r\u00f4le, pas une t\u00e2che ajout\u00e9e)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un programme relationnel ne peut \u00eatre port\u00e9 \u201cquand on a un moment\u201d.\u00a0 Il exige un leadership clair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>2.
