To create a survey, follow these 4 steps:
1. Build your survey and eventual variations. Use our predefined templates, our drag and drop editor or HTML code your own survey design.
2. Set up the audience segment. You may choose to focus on visitors with more than 2 sessions, for example.
3. Run survey. Use the preview mode to ensure the survey triggers on the right place at the right time based on your settings.
4. Export results and analyze data. Export results and analyze data. Go to the ’Form Results’ section of the dashboard to see survey results in graph format and as raw data. You can also measure goals that you have set up for the survey in the platform’s analytics section.
